Joseph Ryan Simmons (AKA Josef Sigmundr) and his wife Anna Stasia Simmons (AKA Anna Sigmundr / Anna Lovesee) are two local white supremacists associated with the neo-Nazi gang the Golden State Skinheads (GSS). Joseph was one of twenty GSS members who participated in the infamous neo-Nazi rally at the State Capitol on June 26th, 2016. After the rally was canceled due to overwhelming opposition, GSS members brutally attacked anti-racist counter-protesters with knives and clubs , Joseph himself was carrying a knife on the Capitol grounds that day. Jeffrey Erik Perrine of Orangevale, CA, is a local far-right extremist who has become increasingly active in the patriot movement over the past year. Perrine is an openly anti-immigrant, racist, and transphobic Trump supporter. He has repeatedly attempted to disrupt liberal and leftist events in Sacramento, and has a history of harassing protesters and random passersby alike. Perrine frequently travels to participate in extremist rallies, including Patriot Prayer in the Pacific Northwest, the recent No to Marxism rally in Berkeley, and the MOAR (Mother of All Rallies) Trump rally in Washington, D.C. He has also been previously affiliated with the Sacramento Proud Boys, although they eventually kicked him out for being a loose cannon and a white nationalist. **UPDATE: Danny Brace is no longer William Planer’s attorney. It has been brought to our attention that Brace and Planer were unable to agree on a defense strategy, and have decided to part ways. Brace has been replaced by Michelle Spaulding, who was retained as Planer’s new attorney on record at his February 23rd court appearance. Spaulding is arguing a self defense strategy for Planer, and they are now preparing for his upcoming trial. A private attorney from the Spaulding and Campi law firm located at 901 H st, suite #200, Michelle Spaulding clearly has no problem taking money raised by the now defunct Traditionalist Worker Party (TWP) for Planer’s legal defense via donations from white supremacists across the country. **This post was updated recently to include the flyer on Chris Locke that we created, published via Facebook on June 14th, 2018 and then started putting up around midtown and downtown Sacramento. The picture of Locke doing the Nazi salute is from when him and a small group of other far right people went downtown to harass the large demonstration against the racist Jeff Sessions’ appearance in Sacramento on March 7th, 2018. While Chris was downtown that day not only was he doing the Nazi salute but he was also hurling racial slurs directly at certain protesters.
Many activists in the Sacramento area are already familiar with the exploits of Christopher Alden Locke, a local nationalist, christofascist, closet case, and compulsive liar extraordinaire who got his start as a gay rights activist and Anarchist. Chris has a history of lying and unpredictable behavior that dates back to long before he even came out as a nationalist and Neo-Nazi supporter. Now, Chris has taken up arms against a local reproductive health clinic in a string of disturbing events ranging from extreme stalking to a possible connection to a recent break in. The community must put an end to his reign of terror before it goes any further, and the first step is exposing him for what he truly is. ALERT: The Sacramento Make America Great Again March, which will have multiple right-wing extremists and Neo-Nazis in attendance, including several who have a direct history of stabbing activists, is scheduled for the same day as the annual Cesar Chavez March. If you are planning on attending the Cesar Chavez March on Saturday, March 25th, take every precaution to stay safe in the streets. Do not travel alone, and be on the lookout for fascist activity. These groups are violent and unpredictable, and there is no telling what they may have planned. Don’t allow the threat of their violence to prevent you from attending, but do plan on being on high alert throughout the day.
